Weeks Ahead Ventures, LLC (“RelayHub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the RelayHub.ai platform and website (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website or use our Service.
For enterprise and subscription customers, the processing of personal data within Customer Data is additionally governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA), in which RelayHub acts as a Processor and the customer acts as the Controller. In the event of a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the DPA on matters of data protection, the DPA shall govern.

- Service Providers (Sub-processors): We use third-party service providers to help operate the Service. As of this policy's effective date, our authorized sub-processor is Google LLC (Google Cloud Platform), used for hosting, compute, and storage of dedicated customer instances in the United States (us-central1).
- AI Model Providers (BYOK): RelayHub operates on a Bring Your Own Key model. When you configure AI model providers, your data is transmitted to those providers under your direct relationship with them. These providers are not RelayHub sub-processors.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights, or ensure the safety of our users or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change in ownership or control.
- With Your Consent: We may share information with third parties when you have given us explicit consent to do so.
4. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon termination of your account, you have thirty (30) calendar days to retrieve your Customer Data. After this period, we will promptly delete your Customer Data.
